The exquisite edges of the dunes, enriched with dangling sequins of various sizes, crystals and crystal baguettes, are made by hand using a double technique: Aari work for the delicate, refined workmanship and Zardozi work with a small needle for precision in the smallest details. It takes 48 hours for the artisan embroiderers to complete each set.
